Our field operations team is responsible for providing installation, troubleshooting, and repair of internet, TV, and telephone services for residential and commercial clients in a fiber based GPON environment.
Are you someone who loves to help others? As part of our Customer Care team, you’ll play a key role in providing product and service information, resolving emerging problems and keeping customers connected.
Our marketing & sales teams work together to build awareness of our products and services, showcasing the features and benefits, and then connect customers and potential customers with solutions that meet their connectivity needs.
Armstrong is continually investing in, building and maintaining our state-of-the-art 10 Gig fiber-optic network. With an estimated 4 million devices connecting monthly, and with network usage nearly doubling every year, our Technical Operations & Engineering teams are on the front line on monitoring, supporting, and enhancing Armstrong’s unmatched network.
The IT team works to keep the company’s end-user devices connected and functioning properly, while also building custom software applications to enable higher productivity and continued innovation.
