Running a Speed Test in the HomePass® App

The Home® App auto-runs a Speed Test periodically as long as your network is idle, to provide you with an up-to-date number. You can also choose to run the Speed Test anytime via the Plume HomePass® App on iOS and Android, even if you're not connected to your network.

To run the Speed Test:

  • From the Home screen, tap “Check speed”. 
  • Tap on “Run speed test” at the bottom of the screen. This will trigger a speed test from your main pod and provide you with the latest results. 
  • You can also check your speed results here from the last 24 hours, the last 7 days, or the last 30 days.
