Failed Inbound Calls

If you're having trouble with failed inbound calls using Armstrong Telephone, please review the following steps to resolve the issue:

  • Dial *73 to ensure Call Forwarding is not enabled
  • Make sure you haven't added the telephone number to your Call Blocking list
  • Make sure Do Not Disturb is not enabled, dial *79 to deactivate the feature
  • Disconnect and reconnect the telephone line
  • Bypass the home wiring by directly connecting a telephone directly to the Armstrong equipment
